The Administration workshop was initiated to help improve the efficiency of staff who frequently deal with parents and external parties. The Workshop was fully funded by KinderWorld Education Group.
The first workshop was held on 3 November 2011 in Ho Chi Minh to pilot not only provide an update of the Kinderworld Group of Schools’ programmes , but also offe rstaff with professional training course in Customer Service to strengthen their skills.
The content of the workshop was selected to provide knowledge regarding to KinderWorld Integrated Programme, Issues related to School Administration matters and Customer Service Professional. Participants were handed an evaluation form prepared by Operations Department for each session to assess the effectiveness of each session. Operations Department collected all the forms and generates the evaluation report to examine the effectiveness of the Workshop.
Participants appreciated the value of theworkshop presented. There was positive feedback that the workshop should be run more frequent to allow administrative staff to share and learn from each other experiences and good practices.
